CROSS-TRAINING COURSES

Our cross-training courses are carried out on the beach in an idyllic setting. A 60-minute format (tailored to your needs), on body weight work on sand (optimal proprioception) and shallow water. The cross-training allows an ideal muscular reinforcement to the practice of the kitesurf. The diversity of exercises allows us to follow several workshops organized according to our exceptional environment.

BOXING COURSES

Our boxing classes are done directly on the beach (!) And are open to all. (Child, woman, man, young and old). Initiate the art of boxing safely (in duel, the shots are not worn), framed by a sports coach, left, right, dodge, discount, djab, hook, uppercut will no longer be a Secret for you! Placement, movements, opposition, adaptation, you will learn in detail the art of carrying the shots, shadowing and then work to the "bear paw" to allow you to let off steam.
